We will be taking over Chez Toi Catering Services at the end of our current winter season. We both have up to 14 years experience in the hospitality and catering industry, and 5 years working in Morzine.
Mark has been a chef since he was 16, working his way through all areas of the kitchen, up to a head chef position, and is in his element in a kitchen.. He will be designing the menus and overseeing the high standards of catering we are used to. Jo has worked in pubs and restaurants for the last 14 years, always in a front of house position, working up to general manager of a couple of busy pubs and restaurants in the UK and Spain.
Jo will be in charge of most of the admin, and also doing her fair share of cooking. Over the last five years she has moved more into the kitchen, helping out with the meal preparations at first, and moving on to catering meals at a high standard.
We have spent five winter seasons working in Morzine and are now making it our home for the long term. We love snowboarding and spending our days on the mountain, and are looking forward to experiencing the summer months here.
We have worked for the same chalet company for the last four years, running high quality chalets, and are used to providing a chalet service with breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal with canapes and champagne, and are looking to continue to offer catering services to suit every request.
