Bookings will only be confirmed by a 25% deposit payable in euros by bank transfer to our French bank account or by paypal. Chez Toi recommend using Transferwise for the best rates. This deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. If for any reason unforeseen by you the booking needs to be cancelled, your holiday insurance will cover this.
The full balance will be due at least 8 weeks before the date of arrival in resort. In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before the date of arrival the balance is non refundable.
Chez Toi will send you invoices and receipts for all payments.
For bookings made in resort full payment must be made in cash at the time of booking.
Chez Toi will strive to deliver everything agreed at the time of booking, however due to products/ingredients being unavailable we may need to make slight changes to your menu. We will always contact you to discuss such changes.
If for any reason you wish to change details of your booking we will try our best to accommodate these and inform you of any extra costs that may be incurred.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements at the time of booking and we will strive to accommodate them.
